The Chapel of St. Michael the Protector is an Anglican rite mission located in Poro San Fernando La Union, Philippines overseen by Bishop Jim Rodgers. .

Originally from the United States, Bishop Jim is retired from the US Air Force.  He is an auxillary bishop to the Philippines, where he now lives with his wife and children.  In addition to the Chapel of St. Michael the Protector, he serves as a chaplain to for the United States Veterans of Foreign Wars.
