A retired US Air Force veteran, Bishop Jim now lives in the Philippines with his wife and children.
Bishop Jim serves as the auxillary bishop for northern Luzon. He is a chaplain for the US Veterans of Foreign Wars in the Philippines. He also oversees the Chapel of St. Michael the Protector in San Fernando La Union.
